"I purchased a used V Star 2005 model from an individual, but this dealership treats me like I bought a new bike from them. Great customer service. Tried out their online service requests feature and received a call early the next morning...and all I was needing was a tire change and I already had the tire. I have found the sales, parts and service personal to be very helpful and friendly. Yea...I know they are hoping I will buy a new cruiser from them in the future...and you know what...I PROBABLY WILL! Some dealerships don't want to mess with you unless you purchased your bike from them...but as I said, these guys treat me great. If you need a motorcycle, parts or service...give Hickory Yamaha a try!"

"I just wanted to say that Greg is a great salesman. He made me fall in love with a Kawasaki Ninja 650R (And I have never rode a sport bike and don't really know much about them), but unfortunately I wasn't able to get financing, so now I am planning to get a used one. The way Greg was talking about 650R made me only want it. I did not want another motorcycle. I am pretty sure if he would have recommended another motorcycle I would fall in love with it also.
